McCaul's Extra Virgin Olive Oil

After thorough soil preparation, the first olive trees were planted on the McCaul property in 1999, in the hinterland of the McLaren Vale and Willunga area of South Australia.

Boutique production of Tuscan varieties has resulted in a unique extra virgin cold pressed olive oil.

Our olive oil is currently available in two varieties, Leccino and Frantoio, with a blend soon to be included.

The grove is in an area now recognised world wide as a premium viticulture district, McLaren Vale is approximately 50 Kilometres south of Adelaide, on the Fleurieu Peninsular.
